33O ton plastic high speed injection molding machine, special for making thin wall plasitic containers,  cycle time is around 6 seconds with a one cavity mould,   

We specializes in manufacturing high speed plastic injection molding machine. Since 2004, we have been developing the thin wall plastic containers high speed injection molding machine production equipments, till 2005 we successfully developed the HDF series high speed plastic injection molding machine. These machines are special used to produce thin wall plastic containers. There are three models : HDF-100, HDF-150, HDF-240. HDF-330
The high speed injection molding machine is designed for producing pp material disposable plastic containers thin wall containers. According to lots of our customers’ feedback from Australia , Zhe jiang province and Guang dong province, the machine has high speed ,high efficiency ,low defective rate and a good stability.
When the machine is in a work condition, the injection speed can reach 600MM/S, and the cycle time is about from 2.2 second to 3 seconds.( refer to the catalogue). During the actual production process, the cycle time will be a little longer than this , according to the demould of the products from the mould.
Currently the cycle time of the HDF 150 high speed injection molding machine is as follows: Two cavities per mould (for container’s cover)       4.6 seconds / mould One cavity per mould (for 650 ML square snack box)      3.4 seconds/mould One cavity per mould (for 750ML square snack box)       3.5seconds/mould One cavity per mould(for 1000ML Square snack box)      3.65seconds/mould The 650ML box’s weight is 17.5 gram, the 700ML box’s weight is 18.5 gram, and the 1000ML box’s weight is 20 gram. The cycle time of the HDF 240 high speed injection molding machine is : Two cavities per mould (for 650ML square snack box)   4.8 seconds/ mould TWO cavity per mould (for 750 ML square snack box)    4.8seconds/mould The above plastic containers are all made of pp material , the wall thickness is 0.4 MM, and use air blowing for the product demould.
