The HDF series machine is high speed injection molding machine developed by our company. Which adopted the updated technology to meet the production of thin wall plastic products. This series machine has steadily accumulation & unique injection system , hydraulic pressure oil duct system, computer control system, high strength wear-resisting and fast mode locking system. The machine has high speed and high pressure which suit the plastic thin wall production. The machine's cycle time is very short (2.6 -3.6 secondS) and injection pressure can reach 240MPA , injection speed can reach 600MM/S. It is the best choice for the thin wall containers ,the wall thickness can be 0.4mm.
