The product adopted the advanced technology of tank integrated caster clamping mechanism, which can provide high speed and high efficiency.
According to the finite element analysis, the mold locking parts are very compact, thus the three templates bear proper pressure and take up very limited room.
The fixed plate of the thimble oil cylinder and the mobile plate are cast together to reduce the force deformation as much as possible.
Optimized template design: the front rod, the fixed plate of the thimble oil cylinder and the mobile plate are cast together; mold locking guide bar and back template are cast together so that the rigidity is enhanced and the precision is insured.
Adjustable moving platen supporting unit is suitable for heavy mold (hydraulic sliding shoes from HDT530 upward).
